When you are purchasing your napkins, please leave the following information in the "Note to Seller" section in the cart page, or message us after purchase.
1) Napkin color(s) (see image 2 and 3). Up to 4 colors, with a minimum of 50 of each color.
2) Ink color (see image 4).
3) Pet's name (please message us 2-3 good photos of your pet)

TURNAROUND TIMES
Current turnaround times for custom illustration napkins is 14-20 business days (4-8 days for proofing, and 10-12 days for production). Please allow 4-8 business days for custom designs, and pet or venue illustrations. All items ship from the USA.
• Please note: if you would like to cancel your order after the proof has been created, for any reason, a $25 fee will be retained for the time taken to create the illustration.
